Vermaat Academy

We believe in different ways of learning, learning on the job (e.g. by challenging projects), near the job (e.g. via mentoring) and learning off the job.  Off the job learning we offer through the Vermaat Academy.” We bring the Academy to life through the annual publication of a magazine in which you can choose from a wide range of learning offerings for a mixed target group per function group. 

We link all of our learning and development initiatives to the stage an employee is in. We have learning initiatives in the areas of onboarding, development in the current role and initiatives supporting growth to a future role. At all stages during the employee journey we measure the work happiness of our employees. In this way we can continuously learn and improve.
