Increase diversity

We are certified with the Social Entrepreneurship Performance Platform (PSO) level 3. Our goal for 2027 is to increase diversity within our organization and contribute to an inclusive society in which more people can participate in the labor market, maintaining 7% SROI on the entire workforce. To provide the right guidance, we employ a team of four job coaches at Vermaat. 

Vermaat Talent Game Awards

Every year we celebrate our Talent with our Talent Game Awards (TGA). We celebrate talent and highlight our colleagues who excel in hospitality based on our core values. With the TGA we give each other recognition, appreciation and a heartfelt compliment. We believe this contributes in the work happiness of our people.

Based on six categories; Hospitality Employee, Hospitality Manager, Cook, Barista, Team and All Star, you can nominate a colleague or team from Vermaat. After a nomination and audition round, the talents are put in the spotlight and finally the ‘best’ per category is chosen during the Vermaat Inspiration Market. An annual event where, together with our suppliers, we welcome and connect Vermaat colleagues, while enjoying great food and drinks.
